Whether you sign up with the monthly or annual option, you card will continue to be charged at your selected interval until you request a cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any failed charges will result in an immediate membership cancellation. If you need to update your payment information, email email@example.com.
If you cancel your monthly subscription and wish to rejoin Sync Edge, you will be required to join with the annual plan. This helps prevent continuous cancellations.
